BuildSignal Alberta's opportunity data comes entirely from publicly accessible listings — no personal data is collected from those sources.

Email subscriptions

If you subscribe to email alerts, we store your email address and the filters you choose (province, municipality, categories, keywords, minimum relevance, digest frequency). Your email address is used only to send the digest you opted into and is never sold or shared with third parties. Subscriptions require verified opt-in (a confirmation link sent to your email) and every digest includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Data retention

Unsubscribed or unverified subscriber records are retained only long enough for operational and abuse-prevention purposes, and are not used to send further email.
